I have a question for everyone.
What are your motives behind what you do?
Your heart could be pure, but why do you do what you do?
To be seen?
To be heard?
To be praised?
Are your motives the right motives?
We all know that the heart is deceitful above all things, who can know it? Only Yahweh can.
Why do you pray? To receive things from Yahweh or just to communicate with Him? Why do you give? To receive back? Why do you show off everything? To be applauded for what you have and do?
We should do things only because the Holy Spirit leads us to do it and then give Yahweh the 100% credit, because it is only by His ability that we can do what we do and have the wisdom to say what we say.
To be honest, I don’t care about being seen. I just want to spread Yahweh’s Word. If I could walk out of the house with sweatpants and a t-shirt daily and no makeup, I would.
But. Remember who you are representing.
The next time you do or say something, ask yourself: Why do I do what I do?
With Love Always.
