The Lord isn’t really being slow about his promise, as some people think. No, he is being patient for your sake. He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent.
(2 Peter 3:9 NLT)
Oh, how I know that to be true. If there is one thing that I have learned through this particular season in my life, is patience concerning the promises over my life. And, trust me, I have needed patience from Yahweh, as well, because there were times where I would throw hissy fits to him because I couldn’t have my way or they didn’t seem to come quick enough. I have learned that I play a part in them, as well, though. We must line ourselves up with His Word and have faith that He will do exactly has He said that He would do, no matter how long it takes or how current circumstances may look. We must contend for the promises that He has given to us, otherwise, we could severely delay them or even nullify them.
Yahweh is so faithful!
This week, I was supposed to be heading to Baltimore, Maryland to visit family but could not due to scheduling and financial issues. So, I decided to use it as a time to just rest in the Lord. It has been so amazing!
Yahweh has refreshed me in so many ways, more than I thought that I needed. So much revelation and divine encounters with Him.
I just want to encourage everyone today, if you are feeling weary right now, allow Him to pour into you. Spend time with Him and let Him speak to you. Let Him renew your strength, just as the eagles. You will fly high when you TRULY allow Him to pour into you and renew you and speak to you!
God Bless You!
